Thinking about it...

So last night Brad and I were sitting and relaxing before he had to go to work when he made a comment that kinda took him by surprise. He realized that next year we could very well be expecting our first kid. I thought the look of shock on his face was hilarious! We have talked about when we want to start a family and we keep saying we want to wait until we are in a house before we start working for that family. We are planning to buy a house early next year. Growing up and changing your priorities sneaks up on you sometimes. When I look back five years ago I was just moving out on my own with Brad. Now we are getting married and planning our future.

I have to admit too that looking at many of my friends that have babies of their own I get all mushy thinking about my own. In many ways I can't wait to have a little one, but in other ways it can definitely wait! I still have a beautiful wedding dress to wear and a house to buy first!

For family and friends that read this I can tell you with confidence: No I am not preggers! So don't ask! lol...
