Quality and Follow Through
I work for a furniture business and I am proud to say that we make the majority of our product here in the United States. We build furniture that is meant to last. It is meant to be beat to hell and come out looking good. Unfortunately, I have had a rough month dealing with quality issues. Only one of them has been directly linked to my company. The others were from manufactorers that we have relied on for quality. How am I supposed to feel confident selling the merchandise if I risk having it cancelled, affecting my income, because of their screw ups?
