Movin' Right Along

Wow, its been nearly two months since I posted last. Life has been a little busy for me. After our engagement I've been pretty busy with talking to family about our wedding plans even though this thing isn't happening until August next year. I have to say I am very, very excited about planning our wedding. Brad's taking the nod and agree approach for the most part, which is probably a good thing! We haven't decided on much besides our wedding party. They are chosen and are excited to be apart of the festivities.

Also, in April we went back up to Michigan to visit our family and friends. It was so wonderful to see everyone while we were up there. That was when we talked to everyone about the wedding and just crammed as much visit time as we could with everyone. I finally met my baby cousin Everette and I have to say he is just a bundle of giggles even when he's sick!

Brad's car also died about two weeks ago now and he had to finally invest in buying a new car. I'm a little bummed because I was supposed to get the new car first because my car is older and in what we thought worse shape. Apparently Ford rules. haha! That's okay though we now have one very reliable car and we are very excited about that. He bought a Black 2010 Chevy Cobalt. We are also enjoying having a vehicle with working A/C again!

As for the coming months, we will be picking the venue for the wedding, setting the date, and all of that fun stuff. I have been a happy bride-to-be so far and hope that I continue to be one. I am looking forward to all the little details and tastings and spending lots of time with my mom. Also, Brad and I will be finding out whether we are staying in Florida for the next year or if we are moving back closer to Michigan. Still not sure which way I'm leaning on that piece of news. I want to be closer to family and friends, but I love the warm south and no snow! We'll see I suppose.
