Changing It Up...

So, things have moved forward in life as it always seems to when we aren't looking. My mother and I spent last weekend looking at places for Brad and I's wedding and I have decided on a place. Now I just need to set the date. I will hopefully be doing that sometime next month. However, I'm not sure if that will be possible given that my store is about to experience the loss of another store manager. My schedule is going to get trying.

Among other things, Brad has learned that they are posting positions for North Baltimore, OH sometime in October/November, with the anticipation that we will be moving sometime in November. If/When we move to Ohio, Brad and I will be seriously looking at buying a house within the year. Personally, I am way excited at the prospect. Together, we have found a few houses that really peak our interest. All of them are fixer uppers, but I'm looking forward to making something a home. Especially as there are so many amazing deals out there right now. When we know more I'll post of course.

In the meantime, in the present, life is trucking right along. My mother has moved back to the mitten and my father is searching for the opening that will reunite them under one roof. I hope they are able to do so quickly because I'll be so happy to be close to everyone if/when we move to Ohio. Work is what it is, I am working to find something that will make me happy. Brad is working like crazy and providing Chessie and I with a warm and loving home.
